- We recorded over 8 million searches on our national service directory, powered by more than 470,000 listings. This includes searches via Ask Izzy, our free and anonymous tool that helps people find local support like housing, food and financial help.
- Over 6,300 community organisations used our client and case management system, which securely managed 9.6 million client records and enabled 493,000 electronic referrals to connect people to support faster.
- We supported over 38,000 not-for-profit and community organisations with a full suite of technology solutions from IT services and case management to service directories, referrals and free digital capability advice.
- Our Digital Transformation Hub provided critical cyber, data and AI learning resources to over 11,000 organisations, empowering the sector to build stronger digital foundations.
- We released the 10th annual Digital Technology in the Not-for-Profit Sector Report, providing vital insight into how the sector is using technology and where support is needed most. This year’s report showed a major shift in AI adoption, but also critical gaps in cyber security and data capability.
- We brought together 300 sector leaders at the Technology for Social Justice Conference and extended our impact across the region with the Asia-Pacific Digital Transformation Program, across 12 countries, and indirectly supporting millions of people.
